Manufacturer warranty

ToadOps Pty Ltd (ABN 62 689 868 264) provides a 12-month manufacturer warranty for ToadTurret and ToadTurret Lite against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from delivery or collection. This covers faults arising during normal use in accordance with the installation and care guidance on the product page.

For a covered fault, we will arrange a repair or replacement at no charge.

Damage and wear

The manufacturer warranty excludes damage caused by incorrect power supplies, submersion, pressure washing, forced movement, impacts, unsuitable modifications or use contrary to the installation and care guidance on the product page. Ordinary wear consistent with the product’s age and use is not covered.

Change-of-mind returns

We do not normally accept change-of-mind returns after dispatch or collection.

Getting help

Use the ToadOps contact page to send your order reference or other proof of purchase, the product or device details, and a description of the problem. Photos or a short video can help us assess it. We may first suggest troubleshooting steps or arrange an inspection.

Contact us for return instructions before posting hardware. We reimburse reasonable return costs when a product fault is confirmed; send your receipts through the ToadOps contact page to claim reimbursement. Do not post damaged batteries; contact us to arrange a suitable return method.

Your consumer rights

The benefits of this warranty are in addition to your other rights and remedies under law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
