Delivery and pickup information
We offer delivery within Australia and local pickup from Lowood and Fortitude Valley, Queensland. Available options and charges are shown before payment.
Shipping choices
Standard delivery is tracked. The delivery charge for your order is shown at checkout.
Standard delivery costs $15 for the first device and $10 for each additional device in the same order. Accessories ordered with a device have no additional delivery charge. Devices included in product packs count towards the device total. For accessories-only orders, the delivery charge is shown at checkout.
Prepaid cloud service passes do not require postage or collection. If your order also includes hardware, delivery or pickup applies to the hardware.
Availability and delivery
An Expected arrival date describes when an item is expected to become available from ToadOps. It is not an estimate of delivery to your address.
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 3 to 5 business days after payment. This is a dispatch target, not a delivery timeframe. Transit time depends on your location and the carrier. We will contact you if dispatch is delayed.
Local pickup
Lowood pickup is by confirmed appointment. Fortitude Valley pickup is normally around 11am on Saturdays, subject to our availability. We will contact you after payment to confirm the collection time. Please wait for confirmation before travelling.
