Prices and availability

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars as final consumer prices. ToadOps is not registered for GST, so GST is not charged.

Delivery or pickup is selected before payment. The server revalidates the cart and fulfillment option; the displayed final total is the amount charged at Stripe Checkout.

Inventory and availability can change before checkout completes. Coming-soon dates are estimates and are not guarantees.

Configurations

Selected accessories and power packs are included in the configured price shown before payment. Their quantities follow the configured device quantity. Your order records the selected choices and any linked pack contents.

Cloud service

Prepaid cloud service is for ToadTurret Lite only. The full ToadTurret does not require this service. Each ToadTurret Lite includes three months of cloud inference from activation. Additional service time is purchased as a one-off prepaid pass and does not renew automatically.

After purchase, prepaid time can be applied to your ToadTurret Lite device or devices via the ToadOps app or website. Purchasing a pass does not automatically activate it.

If your device has service time remaining, the purchased period is added to its existing expiry date, so you keep all remaining time. If its service has expired or has not started, the purchased period starts when you apply it. The two-device pass adds twelve months to each of two devices, using each device’s own expiry date.

When prepaid time expires, cloud inference stops. Other device functions are unaffected.
